Field Marketing Manager

N3N is looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our Marketing team as Field Marketing Manager to plan, drive and execute field marketing and demand generation programs targeting prospective customers, partners and other influencers to support aggressive pipeline and revenue targets. The position allows someone to be part of a fast growing, pre-IPO company that is breaking new ground in operations visualization technology and the Internet of Things.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute demand generation marketing programs – including webinars, trade shows, roadshows, partner activities, email and digital campaigns, etc.
  • Manage and implement demand creation and lead generation activities to develop qualified
    sales leads and create brand awareness as well as develop programs to accelerate existing
    pipeline.
  • Provide logistical support pre-event, including communication and program
    management/fulfillment, and onsite/post-event
  • Work closely with sales and marketing leaders to identify new programs to accelerate lead
    generation and deal progression
  • Build and manage campaigns in Salesforce to forecast, measure, analyze and report on demand
    gen program success
  • Manage budgets, contracts, and vendors, adhere to existing processes Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Outstanding communication skills – written and verbal
  • Highly organized, data-driven and detail oriented
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Demonstrate proficiency in marketing and operational tools such as Salesforce, Eloqua, Pardot,
    Marketo, etc.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot and problem-solve

Education & Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business or comparable education/experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a high-tech B2B demand generation or sales supporting marketing role
  • Proven track record of managing integrated campaigns using tactics that include live events, webinars, digital advertising, and social media
  • Track record of developing and managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously
  • Familiarity with the enterprise technology sales cycle and how to employ marketing communications strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption and accelerate growth
